Advisory on heavy Rainfall- Update 1

The monsoon trough is likely to move northwards closer to the foothills of Himalayas during 19-21 July and convergence of winds from the Bay of Bengal over Northeast India is also likely from today.
Due to this, moderate to heavy rainfall is likely over southern and eastern parts of the country during the next 72 hours, from 19-21 July. Rest of the places can expect light to moderate rain during the same period.
