"The Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “BULBUL” lies over Central Bay of Bengal. It is very likely to move northwards during the next 72 hours. 

Direct impact of the system to Bhutan is unlikely. However, southern and eastern parts of the country are likely to receive light rain on 10th and 11th November.

Gusty wind is also likely at isolated places over this region during the same period."
