Due to this system, light to moderate rain/snowfall is likely over high passes and high altitude areas of Northern, Western and Central Bhutan from evening/night hours of 13th December to 14th December 2019. Rest of the country is expected to be partly to mostly cloudy with light rain in isolated places. 

Weather is expected to improve from 15th December 2019, with partly to mostly cloudy outlook across the country.
