Owing to the strong western disturbances expected over the Himalayan region, mostly cloudy weather with light rainfall/snowfall towards the evening/night hours is expected to continue during the next three days (1-3 February) over the Northern (Gasa, Laya, Lunana), Western (Haa, Paro, Thimphu), Central (Bumthang and Trongsa), and Eastern  (Merak and Sakteng) parts of the country. Gusty wind is also very likely over the Northern parts of the country that could cause wind associated damages.
