NCHM invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) for the Expression of Interest (EoI) in delivering the services to develop a web based tool for providing Medium Range Weather Forecasting (MWRF) services (7-10 days’ forecasts). Interested Consulting firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. 

The Consulting firm will be evaluated based on (i) General experience (ii) Experience in similar assignments of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area including demonstrable track record and international work experience (iii) Technical and managerial capability of the firm including financial soundness, staffing and logistics. 

A Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the selection method based on Consultant’s Qualification Method set out in the Procurement Regulations of the World Bank. The highest ranked firm shall be invited to provide technical and financial proposals and invited for negotiation.
