Coinciding with auspicious day of the Bhutanese calendar 20th day of eleventh month (20 January 2020) Human Resources Officer (Ms. Ugyen Tshomo) and three new technicians joined NCHM today. Ms. Ugyen Tshomo was transferred from HR Division, Ministry of Finance and new technicians were recruited by Center through open competition with effect from 1 January 2020.
