Bhutan is experiencing summer monsoon. A monsoon trough is very likely to shift northwards along the foothills of the Himalayas and there is convergence of winds from Bay of Bengal over north east and east India.
Under the influence of the system, moderate to heavy rainfall is likely over southern and southeast parts of the country during the next 72 hours, from 9-11 July. Rest of the places can expect light to moderate rain during the same period.
