There is low pressure over the central part of the Andaman sea and it is likely to move west-northwest wards and turn into a depression by 2nd December 2021 and further intensify into a cyclonic storm on the 3rd December 2021 over the Bay of Bengal. Landfall is expected on 4th December 2021 near north Andhra Pradesh - Odisha coasts. 

Due to this system, Bhutan is likely to receive moderate rain in the south and light rain for the rest of the country from 5-7 December 2021. Light snowfall is also likely over high altitude areas during the same period.
