Owing to the western disturbance and low pressure in North East India, there is a forecast of heavy snowfall over the northern and high altitude areas, and moderate snowfall over the western, central, and eastern parts of the country on 4th and 5th February 2022. Moderate rainfall is expected in the rest of the country during the same period. Dzongkhag wise: Snowfall is very likely in Gasa, Bumthang, Haa, Thimphu, Paro, and Trongsa. 

Weather is likely to improve from the 6th February 2022.
