Weather and Flood Remarks (NCHM/NWFWC/FORECAST-14/2021-22/64)

Since the onset of the south-west monsoon in Bhutan on 3rd June, heavy rain has been reported from a few places in the south. There is still a forecast of isolated heavy rain over the south during the next 72 hours. Rest of the country is likely to receive light to moderate rain. 

Due to the continuous rainfall, there is a possibility of road blocks, landslides and flash floods in the south and southeastern parts of the country during the next 72 hours.

Updates will be issued if there are significant changes in the forecast.
